How do I change or cancel my plan?

To update your subscription, visit your profile picture dropdown and select “Upgrade.” To cancel your subscription, please email hq@hive.com.

How do I upgrade my trial account?

You can upgrade your account during the 14-day free trial or from Hive Solo plan at any time. 

What if we need more than 14 days to test out Hive?

For the first two weeks you use any of the Hive plans, you’ll have access to the full suite of features, regardless of the plan you’ve chosen. If you have additional questions about the plan that is right for you, or need to extend your trial to test a specific functionality, get in touch with Hive directly.

Will we be charged when the free trial is over?

Hive does not collect credit card information during your free trial or if you decide to use Hive Solo. If you choose to upgrade, Hive will then collect credit card information and bill based on your subscription type.
